SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Times

 

Generally, orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern time will ship the following business day. As for wholesale orders, orders in stock will ship within a week's time. The usual timing is up to 2 business for an order up to 10 cases and up to a week for larger cases. If a product is on backorder, we will let you know.

 

Shipping Costs

 

We always charge shipping on our products based on how large the order is. Through the Wix site, we have it set up so that there is a set shipping price for certain price ranges. This will be more for international shipping. For wholesale orders, we will find the cost of shipping through UPS before adding shipping to the invoice.

 

Domestic and International Shipping Options

 

We offer domestic shipping all over The United States and international shipping wherever possible. For domestic small orders, we most commonly use Ground Advantage (2-5 days). For wholesale orders, 1 case (24 pumps) and over, we use UPS ground (Up to 5 days). As for international shipping, we use GlobalPost Plus which takes up to two weeks.
